If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online Zoo-phonics purchase, you may return it within 90 days of receipt and receive a 100% refund (less original shipping and 15% restocking fee).

To begin the retun process...

Please call us at 800.622.8104 to receive a return authorization (RA) number.

Once you have received the RA number then package your items securely, note the RA number on the label, and ship to ZOO-PHONICS RETURNS, 20950 Ferretti Road, Groveland, CA 95370.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at 800.622.8104 and a customer service representative will arrange return service via UPS if applicable. Please contact us before retuning damaged or defective items as Zoo-phonics will not reimburse shipping charges until you have arranged the return with our customer service representative.

If you or your child has written or damaged the product in any way we cannot refund your money.
